Mediate UK – Triple Winners at the UK Business Awards 2022!

The UK Business Awards, also known as ‘The Dons’ are held annually in the UK to celebrate and award the best businesses in 23 categories. This year, over 70 finalists were announced, with companies as well regarded as Octopus and the RAC.

Mediate UK were nominated as finalist in two categories:

Best Crisis Recovery Initiative

And

Best Customer Experience

Our written submissions were judged by a panel of exeprienced judges and then each company presented for 15-minutes in front of the judges and other finalists, before a final 15-minute Q&A.

On the evening of the awards, Mediate UK were absolutely delighted to receive the gold award in both our categories.

Ali Carter, Managing Director at Mediate UK accepted the awards;

“We were especially thrilled to win the best customer experience award. Going through a divorce or separation is difficult at the best of times, but we work hard on every step of the process to try to make it less of a challenging time for our clients. This award just validates all the work our team are doing to offer the best experience to our clients at a time when they may be struggling

But, the best was still to come – as ALL winners of every category were judged against each other and Mediate UK again came out top, taking the UKBA Overall Winner award.

The judges were particularly impressed with how Mediate UK looked at every step of the divorce or separation process, and tried to find way to improve it for their clients. Ways in which they have managed to do this including fixed fee packages to make the mediated agreement legally binding; independent barrister reviews; fixed cost legal advice and an informative and helpful mediation blog..
