Most people pay their share, but you can agree that one person will pay in full. There is more about who pays for family mediation in our blog here.
How much is mediation?

What is included in the price of mediation?
Included in the cost of your family mediation is the time taken for the mediator to prepare for your session, write up any notes from your meetings and obtain your financial disclosures.
We do not charge extra for sending emails or letters, or for phone calls. All meetings can be held online or face to face.
Once you have reached an agreement, we can work out the most cost effective legal package for you based on the number of mediation sessions you have used.
Remember, you only pay the hourly rate for mediation until you are ready to choose a legal package that is best suited to you, on reaching your agreement.
