Our Family Mediation Service in Kingston is based in the Centre of Kingston. Our mediation meetings are held in a lovely spacious Boardroom. There is a friendly staffed reception during office hours and free parking is usually available on the premises.

Payments accepted: Card, Cheque or Bank transfer. Please note our mediators cannot accept cash payments.

Nearest Train Station: Kingston (5-minute walk).

Wifi: Yes. Ask for guest password.

Reception Area: Yes. On arrival please press the buzzer to gain entry and there is a reception area.

Waiting area: Yes, in reception.

Shuttle Mediation Possible: Yes, please ask when booking your joint mediation sessions.

Café on site: No – but coffee is available.  Nearest Cafe is Costa in the Bentalls Centre and is a 10-minute walk away.

Disabled Access: No.

Directions: From Richmond heading into Kingston, turn left into Canbury Park Road, just before Whelan’s Irish Pub. Take the first left into Elm Crescent and the entrance to Canbury Works is on the left.

Parking: Free on-site parking. If no spaces available, then there is parking at a nearby Sainsbury’s store.

Former lawyer, having worked in the banking sector and international commercial law at the beginning of my career.

I always passionate about Alternative Dispute Resolution methods as a better way to resolve conflicts. After becoming a mum, I decided to leave the legal world and set up my own childcare business. That experience allowed me to work first-hand with families, many which were experiencing conflict and I saw how those impacted on their children.

Why did you want to become a family mediator?
My legal background, combined with my experience of working with children and families, inspired me to help families to sort out their conflicts outside the court rooms.

What do you like most about Family mediation?
Family mediation can be a very a rewarding job when you are able to help families, some which may approach you with very entrenched positions to find a common ground and resolve their conflict with our help.

What do you enjoy most about working with Mediate UK?
I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an amazing team. Every day with them I feel I am learning, being supported and having fun. What else could I ask for?
