Directions: On the one way system in Epsom, with the Ashley Centre on your right and Pizza Express on your left, take the next left at the traffic lights into West Street at the Marquis of Granby Pub. Take the first left, into West Street again, at Enterprise Car Hire. The office is the white building on the left, just before Shapes Day Nursery.
Parking: Parking at the front of the office is reserved but if you cannot find parking you can park at the nearby Ashley Centre. (5-min walk).

How much does a MIAM cost in Epsom?
A MIAM in Epsom costs £115 per person plus VAT for an online MIAM or £150 plus VAT for an in-person MIAM at our Epsom venue. Joint mediation sessions are £120 per person per hour plus VAT online or £150 plus VAT for in-person meetings. Can I use the £500 mediation voucher in Epsom?
Yes, parenting cases in Epsom may qualify for the £500 government family mediation voucher. If your case is eligible, the voucher is applied directly towards your joint mediation sessions after your MIAM, so you'll see the discount on your invoice. In most cases, yes. Anyone applying to Staines County Court and Family Court (which covers Epsom, Leatherhead, Banstead, and the wider Surrey area) for child arrangements or a financial order must first attend a MIAM, unless you qualify for an exemption such as domestic abuse or urgent safeguarding concerns. Our Epsom mediators are accredited by the Family Mediation Council and can provide MIAM certificates valid for any application to Staines Family Court or any other court in England and Wales.
