    Directions: Situated just opposite from Cambridge Regional College, Allia Business Centre in accessed off Kings Hedges Road. If you are driving East on Kings Hedges Road, the centre entrance is on the right. Facing two buildings from the car park, Mediate UK are located in the large office building on the left.

    Background: I previously worked in the City prior to retraining as a soft tissue therapist following having a family. I then trained as a family mediator with the Family Mediators Association.

    Why did you want to become a family mediator?
    I was looking for a new role which honed in on the skills I had already acquired through my career past and present, with the capacity of giving me not only diversity but longevity. My passion has always been humanity.

    What do you like most about Family mediation?
    Mediation never presents the same case twice. You often have to think outside the box and this brings with it an ongoing cycle of personal development and problem solving. It’s challenging but wholly rewarding

    What is the most difficult mediation situation you have dealt with?
    Not a question I can answer in detail as human behaviour is often driven by something that is deep routed and as individuals, we all have our own set of values and beliefs. Therefore, it is often difficult to listen to individuals who have lived their lives in desperately difficult and often lonely situations in fear of leaving.
